One very underrated item has been being right across from the free bus stop in Steamboat.

Items needed to be addresses would be: majority owners, decision makers, percentage of return for family members that want to throw in a little cash on the deal and get a small return, buy out options and other items that I am not aware of that could cause potential issues between family members if something like this is not drawn up in the beginning.

Thumbs up to the other side of the room, with the variety of items you offer.  

If you bring them a package you might be able to get access to those lenders who want to lend on bigger ticket items.

One item that I learned is their fees are just one criteria.  

Only item I see in any of this is most "noobs" would not be able to pull off such a strategy, even most investors across the board wouldn't, your operating at a step above most. 

These few items plus many many more are reasons why there are no legitimate management companies offering the services you're speaking about.

Have you or any of the other posters on here ever thought of starting a business to help non-tech savvy investors set these items up?
