I have seen that really add some motivation to sellers.

To me you don't want to network with other agents.....you want to focus on networking with the most motivated buyers and sellers. 

Your motivation to alleviate this hardship may be the difference maker in communities that would otherwise not be supportive.

I've helped a lot of clients get started, but maintaining motivation & a clear understanding of long term goals is critical to being successful in real estate. 2) Encourage them to go to local real estate meetups.

You need to completely redefine your wholesaling strategy.You need to focus on MOTIVATED sellers, not just "leads".It is about lead quality first.

so this is a hugely open question depending on motivations, situations financially at the moment for everyone and the current deal flow needed or wanted by your partners.

It's great you are getting started and have some amazing motivation!
