Yes and no.If it's an older model car/truck, but it's clean, then people won't care.But, if you're driving around in a rusty old truck that smells like you were just on the farm, and you're selling houses in the city, then you may have a problem.When I first started in real estate I drove a 2 door Chevy Cavalier. 

My in-laws and I just got the signed pre-possession authorization on our first flip for a house that we close on in two weeks. 

I don't know that my business model would work as well if I had to drop rents over $200 per month.

The model was working great, but I have been working with one bank for all the transactions, and they now say my new loan requests must go in front of a board to get approved due to the number of loans I have (also total loan value).  

I have a finance background (albeit not in Real Estate), so I love pouring over the models and analysis of potential deals...now it's time to get some done.I look forward to getting to know everyone.Cheers,John

Unless you have the exact brand/model vehicle they want, chances are they will skip your car because the next one is 8 seconds quicker, and to non-professional thieves like kids and gangsters it's too much of a challenge.So I don't know if a higher end more secured lock does anything at all.

The one thing with judging vacancy is there is no way to see why it is not available whether personal use or paying customer.If I was going to "Really" do this model.
