Do you mind sharing where  you got that/the manufacturer and model and how much you paid?

In some places, it's a lot worse than others.Any real estate investment business model that insists you can just casually whistle up high-quality rehab handymen and contractors right when and where you need them is fatally flawed.

Then take that knowledge and present your business model to people you know with money (family, friends, dentist, attorney, Dr., etc.).

(I can't build the track for the sale price)Their business model, in my opinion, is too labor intensive with high overhead.
