REI does interest me and has been on my mind for years and now I want to finally get into it for real. 

We are both hard workers/high energy (not necessarily incredibly handy) and wouldn't mind doing the lion's share of the work by ourselves.

I could probably fit about 6-10 desks in a particular location I am interested in.I have not reached out to the owner to find out if this is ok to do, I simply do not need the space but wouldn't mind renting out extra desks to others which would also happen to be in the same field as me.Am I even allowed to do this?

Sometimes buyers are required  to pay that on top of the sales price, so thats something to keep in mind..Good luck!

Tried Buildium, but it referred me to different platforms, it did not look very convenient.I would like to make application process/  lease signing/rent payment easy for applicants and for me.Zillow is on the way to build all the functionality, but they are not there yet.
