I'm a newbie in the investment field.

Hello, I do not have much experience in this field. 

A person could have a low credit score b/c of a short credit history, medical bills, incorrect information that's  never been updated, etc.

@Troy Fisher - Yeah, I fully expect to make lots of mistakes starting out, but I don't have any need to rush into this, so I want to study the field for at least another month or so before plunging in.

So I typed in "SMITH" into the last name field and the computer started searching for a very long time and finally retrieved information.This seemed quite ineffective to me, not to mention hanging out in that building wasn't too pleasant.

The tax is simply a device congress came up with well before IRA's even existed to level the playing field when tax-exempt entities compete with taxpaying businesses.Passive income is not taxed, and would include things like interest, dividends, royalties, and rents from real property.  

This would be my 1st entry into the RE field.

It's not a magical solution, but all of that gets him in the field and has potential to help him get that no money down deal or that partner who can do the financing.

Fields cookies to his office the next day  with a note saying  we meet at th REIA group If we could  sit down and  talk business ,he was hard to reach guy much to my amaze his office called me back the same day and set up a lunch meeting . two years and 24 lunches latter you get the idea.

So, if I were to study and get my RE license and try my hand at being an agent, that might be a way I can earn something while learning what's going on in the field.
