I love listening to the podcasts with Brandon and David!

Sounds like a solid plan.Value to the buyer: provide straight forward numbers/pictures, full transparency, easy to work with, hassle free to work with you, responsive, knowing your numbers, knowing your buyer's numbers, networker, etc.Value to the seller: this is a bit tougher - but basically LISTEN to what their needs are so you can negotiate effectively, do what you say you are going to do, be responsive, know how to build rapport, know your numbers, and be transparent. 

I've been a BP member for awhile, read books and listened to the podcasts, and now ready to dig in.

However, the more I read and listen and talk to people about REI, the more I hear about buying and holding and making money via rentals.

I want to invest in real estate because I love the idea of seeing my assets , like the idea of buying books and not listening to audio.

I'm being a little outrageous, but I would've stopped listening after she said "the rent will be late because..."  

Hello BP, kindly seeking advice on 2 things: 1. best neighborhoods North/West of Denver, CO for long term appreciation and a good first time Colorado experience2. lender recommendations for an 80/10/10 programMy husband and I live in Orange County, CA and started listening to BP 2 years ago. 29 and 32 y/o. 

Prior to getting my license I did a lot of reading (and listening to podcast) which has helped me get a lot of information. 

I was just listening to a BP podcast from last month in which one investor had a similar situation.

I listen to the BP podcast often and am catching up on the most popular REI books, but would love to become more involved in LA meetups as well.
