New agent in South Florida
Hey all!
First off, I’m very excited to be part of such a complete and informative forum. Prior to getting my license I did a lot of reading (and listening to podcast) which has helped me get a lot of information.
With that being said, I’m a newly licensed agent in South Florida. I have already gotten signed and set up with a broker and taken all the necessary steps. Now I find myself thinking all that work and studying, now where do I start? If you had one piece of advice to give the new agent to start generating leads or prospects and make the “jump” to become a successful agent, what would it be?
Thanks in advance
