Mold is just the new hot button issue use to be asbestos and lead paint before that.

How can I find out also if the lien of the Hoa which lead to final judgment is a super lien that would override the mortgages

@Sue Deng  please take no offense.. however If you do not even understand this basic question.. and folks in foreclosure are under EXTREME duress and stress how is someone like you remotely going to help them.. other than for your own self serving gratification.to come on BP and ask this question just floors me personally.. the blind leading the desperate and this usually leads to those your trying to rip equity form to end up just losing their house.

@Patrick Connell I think it's a combination of several factors leading me to the conclusion I either 1.

Reading and posting on these forums does not count as education; only filling in certain blanks spots along the way.Also, separate the dream from the steps leading to the dream.

Now , I would suggest a buyers site separate, that would generate leads for deals.

Mortgage Co said they are trying to speed it along [usually use 45 day lead time] and the worst that could happen is we ask for an extension.My question is this:  I have renters already lined up [my son and 3 college friends - w/parents as guarantors] but I can't draw up a lease without knowing the move in date.  

I wouldn't feel comfortable giving out my account numbers as this lead to something unwanted in the future.Depending on the bank you may be able to have the tenant deposit into your account by simply giving them your name.
