We will see a slight dip in values 1-3% probably, but after COVID it will be about a year or so climb back up to where we were.

Primarily work with institutional syndicators but always happy to weigh in and provide insight and market data from CoStar / Yardi / REIS / Axiometrics if you need it. 

Of course, I'm not an agent so I don't track the data anywhere near as closely as they do.

Scoping damage is looking at a room and being able to capture the data on what is damaged, what are its measurements and does it need to be repaired or can it be fixed in place. 

It is my understanding that title companies can provide this information, but I’m looking for a more autonomous approach so I can play around with the data and maybe even scrub through various markets in the US.Thanks,Kevin
