To quickly introduce myself, I moved to Miami in August after living in Central FL and before that overseas in England.

I want to start a direct mail campaign but my question is this...When sending the initial letter do you simply introduce yourself?

Last week, I was offered by a wholesaler the possibility to purchase houses way below market value; and here is where I got introduced to Auctions.

Thankfully, the niche players seem to use LoopNet, so click on a lot of listings, even that don't meet your criteria and start calling to introduce yourself and get on their buyer lists.If you are talking about which markets, again, your scale matters a lot.
