Doesn't seem so at one firm thus far....Third question: has anyone negotiated a different split with their broker for personal investments?

Hello,I am looking for an accountant in the Fort Myers / Southwest Florida area.I have been using a national accounting firm but want to transition to a local firm that has experience dealing with real estate investors.Anyone have any recommendations based on personal experience ? 

Have been having a difficult time with getting a response from individuals/firms we have requested quotes from.  

I host a real estate meetup in toledo one Thursday a month, the next one is on the 20th.

The only difference between having a broker's and salesperson license is that you can open your own firm with the first.

I have also invested in SFHs for over 4 years; I have a Master's in Real Estate Investment; and I interned for over a year for a large NYC investment firm doing mortgage brokerage and deal analysis.

My wife and I are closing on a property in Kitty Hawk and we wanted to find a good and reliable property management firm.If anyone has any experience with property management firms, or can recommend one, it would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,SG
