The sheet-rock they used was not the same thickness as the existing so the wall had this odd recess where the new sheet-rock was and the electrical work that was done by FEMA was not to code.

If your PM provides monthly or bi-monthly statements (they should) look them over carefully and get any questions you have answered.Trust, verify, rock-on.
