They will likely base their decision on a series of questions:- who controlled how the work was done- was he paid hourly, daily, or weekly or was he paid by the job- did he advertise his services (bus cards, ads, online)- did he work for anyone else- did he have his own tools- did he supply the materials- did you have a contract with him- did he invoice you for the paymentsI would strongly suggest locating and talking to an Attorney who deals with Workers Comp. in your state.

I notice applicants come with an Equifax credit score, salary, and some other pre-screen items that will not be a substitute for my phone screen + in-person walk through, but seem like an added check and balance.I'm curious if anyone has used their Pay with Lovely service to turn rent into a credit card payment system.

I purchased a multi unit property ,the renovation was included in the mortgage my question is ,when it is asked on the tax for depreciation the purchase price do i use the sale price of the property or do i use the sale price and add the renovation price , also in addition to that I brought kitchen cabinets and counter tops and had them installed by the contractor who was doing the scope of work in the renovation loan , are the cabinets and counter tops an improvement or are those items supplies, because they were not a part of the scope of work and were purchased separately on my credit card
