My very first tenants skipped out on me (leaving 42 bags of trash behind) and, not knowing what to do, I wasted time going through the eviction process to "legally" get the property back in my name (I did remove the food from the frig because they had the power turned off).Now I would do things differently (and have) and this is what I suggest your brother does.
