Other than your personal network and a forum like Bigger Pockets, what are the best places to read (or hear), not so much real estate HOW-TO, but real estate NEWS?

Hello @Cedric AlexanderI would highly recommend figuring out which part of real estate investing you want to get into (wholesale, buy & hold, flip, etc) and read and ask questions on the forums.

Basically, I still don’t know what I want to be when I grow up so I’m hoping real estate investing will buy me some time.I’ve been feverishly pouring over the forums as well as other sites that I have found through BP, like Mr money mustache.

Once the local forum is working again, I might double post this in the Chicago forum. 

He claims that no one will work the loan due to the fact that I don’t own a primary residence...I’m highly disappointed because I’ve listened to many podcasts, read books, and read a few forums on here!

However, you could take a look at the agent forums for Sacramento and post something there!

Through research I did on BP forums I concluded it is smarter to keep her on even though the remaining tenant was paying everything without problems.
