Introducing myself to the forums.

Hey guys,

I am excited to find these forums and get going on my next deal. I am currently in Australia but have lived in the South pretty much all my life. I have done two deals so far and both have gone well (mostly by luck). I am looking to sink my teeth into the next deal and am looking for a residential property below $150,000 in the southeast with the potential to generate 15% cash on cash return. 

I am a medical doctor and a dad when not doing real estate. I also enjoy playing the guitar, basketball and doing work around the house.
