We obtained private money, a fix and flip loan, bought the house, completely rehabbed both sides , and then refied it.

If you have anything registered to the address that may trigger an issue with the state or city. 

It was supposed to be my first fix and flip after getting 4 buy and holds finished.

Would a fix and flip be the best way to go or is it better to invest in rental income properties.

Its in pretty decent shape other than some cleanup and foundation issues. 

My HOA has said they're not responsible, but I have been told that the issue won't be solved unless all the units (less than 10 total), are sealed. 

If you start thinking of the next before you perfect the last, you will leave properties incomplete and give yourself maintenance issues later.

Hello Team,Currently I purchase distressed properties, flip and resale. 

I have flipped 2 homes to keep the family budget where needed but hold and long-term growth is my one true focus.  

(Biggerpockets has an agent finder also) You can also do a forum search for the area and see who has the most activity, they can help or set you up with someone who helps.I would hold off on paying for a program until you are further along because most of them are going to center on scaling from small landlord to large, repositioning, flips, etc..
