I want financial freedom.

-I have access to a below market variable rate (currently at floor of 2.75%; cap is 10%) loan that only requires 10% down through my employer for a purchase of a new residence.I'm trying to plan out the best financial moves going forward. 

I've had all kinds of offers come in where the buyer ultimately didn't even come close to qualifying for the purchase and their true financials where no where near what they initially stated.

One target might be Seniors wtih 15+ year ownership - especially if you add in Low Financial Stability Scores (FSS).

Looking to reach financial freedom and wondering how to hit a home run with that empty lot.

Scott’s book The Book on Flipping Houses, I am finding that this strategy is very similar to being a project manager and managing the triple constraints (cost, schedule,performance), which I enjoy. 

It is the worlds financial capital and even withstood the shocks of the 911 attacks.

While looking into how I can actually accomplish this, I realized that I need to be able to have the time to truly commit to it and therefore I need to achieve financial freedom so that I don't have to work a full time job.

Understand your constraints and work with them to your advantage.   

Both are great resources for learning more about financial independence, cutting costs, and other little life hacks you can implement pretty easily to save more.
