All business and properties are in the state of New York.My partners and I are figuring out the structure of our business and need some help.

A little bit about me is I have always been business minded since I was a kid.

Their brokerage license/agent license & their PM business.

As such, payments that you make need to be prorated between business deductions and personal deductions.

BUT that is not to say there aren’t folks out there that are just down right price screwing over homeowners, given good folks in the business a bad name.

Which is a great goal if you’re planning to scale a portfolio or start a co-hosting or property management business like I did.  

I am trying to find a mentor and I feel like working for a corporate wholesaler might give me the experience I need to turn my little $175,000 chunk into a rental property business one day.

If you look at this as a regular business, its revenue is $82k, and its expenses are $41k, so the gross profit is $41k. 

I've had a passion to work for myself ever since I was young, and after starting my own "Pressure washing" business a little over a year ago,  I have found Real Estate to become a very heart driven path for me (Considering I work on houses).

The business of being a landlord is about providing great customer service.
