Its like you said in your post, the longer its on the web Google slowly moves it up the ranks.

Either way, I already decided real estate was the next direction to build wealth long term and in general, after being a 'web developer, internet marketer' for many years.

I've looked for this information on the web, but can't find anything about this small, but important detail....  

Sorry to say, but if its on a web site, its already been shopped pretty well.

According the the assessors web site the lot is 7000 sq. ft. (50 x 140) and the zoning is R6.

He has a large web presence and enjoys a positive reputation on Bigger Pockets (BP).

I've been running a web design company the past 9+ years, and have been in the business 18+ years.

The research I have done on the web has mostly turned up generic articles that just tend to repeat themselves a lot... but I would like to connect with someone who has dealt with VA loans, and can help me really understand the ups and downs, as well as how best to utilize the product.
