I have bought fractional interest in deals before, but only in specific situations.I would absolutely agree that he should work with an experienced probate investor.  

In my opinion, these are most likely experienced investors and more than likely they are not motivated to sell, especially since they haven't owned the property for too long. 

I also have a strong passion to help provide and build up safer, higher quality homes in the local low-income/high crime areas.I would love to MEET other investors (aspiring or experienced) to talk about plans, strategies, and just share some info and hang out!

I have built many homes and have done remodeling and flips for years and now I am think about getting my real estate license and would like to know from some experienced commercial brokers some of the pros and cons of the commercial real estate industry.
