Hello everyone! I purchased my first rental property (single family) a year ago and won my first court eviction on Monday! I found BP while I was researching for legal information on rental property. I'm glad my path brought me here, I'm looking forward to gaining knowledge about REI as I plan on buying my second property next year! Looking forward to connecting with experienced investors.
