I noted in my comment that there is a distinction (subtle but very important) in MA and other non-judicial states which is that there is an element that becomes judicial when you have to get the non-military finding.

@Spiro Klonizakis my specific concern is that the stores (such as Home Depot, Lowes, Rona) wouldn't be open or giving business due to all of this.

Hey folks,I have a mixed use property that has two store fronts (1 story) and 4 apartments behind it (3 stories).

Right now one of the benefits of having it is that I don't have to worry about buying bottled water at the supermarket or store.

Another thing...why buy product from retail box stores?

They could take a temp position at a grocery store if they like.

What stores do you get signs from when you want to put signs in a neighborhood but you live out of state and you need someone to do that work for you?

Most retail that is going away from brick and mortar is clothing type stores.
