Tim Dolan I just found out I am not to put email addresses nor phone numbers in the response. 

I know too nice learning that cause now at time of court I never got her new address or current employer so without that I can't enforce the judgement and she also left the unit a complete mess.

I was wondering what my steps from there would be.Thank you Go to the county and get the owner's name of record from property taxes, and mailing address (or ask title company for property profile).

The address is: 810 N H St, North Little Rock, AR 72114.I'm having a little trouble finding comps though.  

You will find it is more efficient to let a service do it rather than try to do it consistently yourself.

--identify and choose online rent payment system--verify mailing address--determine how to turn one mailing address into 2 apartment addresses through USPS--develop packet for new tenants with utility phone numbers, my contact info, etc.These are a few off the top of my head, and certainly not inclusive.  

This is a government obtained list in excel, like one could expect from a delinquent tax list, codes violation, or something that only references the property with issues not the mailing address of the property owner. 

In that time, we have gotten increasingly busy and no longer do the snow removal ourselves due to time constraints and efficiency.

Personally I think this is going to be a serious issue if you don't address this fast.
