The tenant needs to go to their bank and set up the ACH.I have never had a tenant complain about depositing into my account.They can go through a drive through and they get a receipt.

If it’s on a slab, duct scopes can reveal blockage, disconnects, decay, and is a great idea.Scoping a sewer line is a great idea if there are a lot of trees on the property, people drive or park where the line runs, or the house is very old.

Credit scores above 580 will primarily drive your interest rate moreso than being able to get a loan at all, and if you have no debt and good payment history on at least a few things you're probably already above 580.
