This is the main reason brewery town is on my list because of the proximity to Fairmount park)-Roofdeck/yards: 3 (Hey I can dream)With this in mind, a few areas have stood out to me (loose ordering of which seem to best fit my goals):-Brewerytown (Positives: I went to school at Temple and can only imagine how awesome this spot could become situated between campus, center city, and the only big park in the city.

My dream is to get started in investing in real estate and being able to leave my Job that i hate.

I don't want large pets so I plan to restrict the weight to 20lbs.

But they aren't generally selling real estate education (or anything else) but the dream of becoming rich.

But I always had a dream to own a lot of properties.And could you tell me what advantages are you talking about?

I find a lot of would-be investors spend a lot of time dreaming of investing, and that time could be better spent shoring up their finances.

He charges a fee to mediate the process, and from what I have heard / read is worth his weight.

I have been approached by some over the years, but to me it becomes more of a hassle then it is worth.I also don't have dreams of becoming a full-time flipper, or I would feel differently. 

Now that the world has had more experience and acceptance of working remotely, I think these Virtual Tours will carry a lot more weight than they once did. 

Problem is no one has the heart of a teacher and the desire to help make someones dream happen.
