I currently live in Northern Virginia and will be out of the country by the end of the year (US State department, so paying VA State taxes whilst out of the country).Advice on whether to setup the LLC in DC, VA or Delaware?

Bottom line, I’ve spoken to my area rep regarding this subject numerous times and she told me that she does have Investor clients and that a home warranty company can act as a de facto property manager.

I live about 30 miles north of Baltimore City in a town called Havre De Grace.

I finally settled with a Delaware Statuary trust setup as a series for each property.

I've personally been looking near college towns (Salisbury University, University of Delaware, University of Maryland) where there is demand for rentals.

@Charles SalumnWelcome, Wilmington DE and Elsmere DE are really nice.

I would like to spend capital to upgrade the quality of homes, make them more eco friendly (solar) and then sell the homes to consumers.
