The idea is to encourage one to use their health to insure their wealth.

Environmental health indicated that the septic tanks are 4/6 1987 and 2/6 2001 but there is sewer to fall back on

We were able to retire early thanks to the option to buy individual health insurance.

That said you might have to make 10-20 offers before you get a seller that is motivated whether its due to a job transfer, health, divorce etc.

@Collin Savunen the general concerns of the majorIty of peIple about the health of Real Estate Industty are fueled by a couple of things in my opinion, appreciation of the assets and increasing interest rates, this will lead to fewer people buying and eventually everything will start coming down, some geographical areas more so than the other, hold your breath it’s coming.

As opposed to it being a depressed area per se (such as gangs or meth/heroin addiction being the main contributor).There also measures to take against the party population, beyond regular due diligence in tenant screening, such as using parents as guarantors or renting only to upperclassmen and post-grads.I think it's also important to note that ECU has medical and dental schools, a top rated graduate program, and the ECU Health Medical Center, including a main hospital, emergency department, and children's hospitals.

Not to mention the health hazard if you deal with it incorrectly.
