It's in a triplex, so I don't think you'll notice much of an increase, and even if you do in the first bill, you wouldn't know how much of an impact the other two had on the overall bill.

By separating the real estate investment from the business it is easier to see the impact of real rent on the business and on the RE side to determine if it continues to make sense letting the business you the property.There may come a time that it would be better for the business to move or you may decide to sell the real estate.

I'm also ok if it just affects home interest deduction, but as Charles and others said in other thread, it will be seriously detrimental to homeowners and leave far less funds in their pockets, as Eddie said.
