Now they have an idea of the investment and they can leave their information so now you can setup a meeting to further discuss the opportunity in detail, explain some deals you have in the pipeline, etc...I am just looking to see if someone has a website similar to this that I could be directed towards or if there is someone selling a product like this...I am not really wondering if it will work...I am more interested in testing it myselfany suggestions on sites or courses or products would be greatly appreciated...also, appreciate the response

the second question is from a property detail report. it shows the lot value and improved value to show a total cost of the house by the tax assessor. then a little further down the report it mentions the tax and weather or not there is a homestead credit and whatnot

While you are getting the details on the program from a landlords perspective, at the end of the conversation tell the person that it all sounds pretty good but you would like to speak directly to several other landlords in the program to see what their thoughts are about the program and ask them of a list of landlords that you can contact.
