You'll want to make sure that depreciation is set up correctly (can be time consuming and expensive to correct later), that your basis is calculated correctly and that any possible deductions for the current year are considered.Especially important would be repairs vs upgrade considerations as well as De Minimus Safe Harbor rules, to the extent they might come into play for you.Always better to start as you mean to go on rather than try to play catch-up later.Congrats!

@Luke Carl and I were chatting on this topic a week ago and it seems like the more cleaners you have assigned/available for a specific property the more a product like TurnoverBnB (where cleaners can be assigned/de-assigned from a property) may make sense.
