How have you funded your Illinois multifamily deals?

What are the ways you have funded your multifamily deals. I a have a positive cash flow Central Illinois area renovated multifamily deal I'm working on and not sure how to access the right investor(s). I would house hack the property, find tenants and manage for a portion of the deal. Thanks.
