It seems like it'd be an effective strategy if I built a brand in my small town and surrounding areas where people knew they could send me a lead of someone they knew, to make some quick cash if I closed on that deal.Assuming this IS completely legal to do, it leads me to a couple different questions:1.

Hi Adam,Just a couple comments and I'll leave the rest to others.In a downturn like 2008, I think it was more common for secured lines of credit to be frozen, not called.

Not sure what their rent is, but if you can afford a couple hundred off their rent for one month, or split it between a couple months to make it less of a burden on you, I'm sure it would be appreciated by them.
