I called a window guy I use and he basically dismantled the entire louver mechanism that controls the shutters themselves and then cleaned them as well as each shutter joint.

On the debt side , there’s 2 reasons , 1 personal reason I can’t explain but the other is I find it less stressful knowing I don’t owe the bank anything and they or anyone have no control over me .

I would think you need to some serious landscaping to get the land pitched away from your house or install some trench drains to control the amount of water getting to your house.Adding concrete or building the house up 24" seems like it would be way too expensive to expect a decent

Some top 5 or 10 list is good.Front-end load percentage, Management fees.Capital Gain performance over the years (buy 2011 and exit 2018 of course has better gain)Distribution performance vs projected distribution.Thank you very much.I have some lower cost single family residential rentals, thinking of rolling them into DST, give up the controls, gain some freedom (knowing we still have to do due diligence when projects exited, hopefully less works) , creating a stream of income and preserve capitals.
