Being new in the area where I live, I don't have many connections, so my preference would be to work at a company that primarily supplies leads to their MLOs.

Make friends with those who have money and are successful and have connections to make then successful, some (almost all) of them are men. ;-) Before you blow a gasket, I've been married to a wonderful woman for over 40 years.
