neither the real state attorney hired to create the LLC nor the CPA mentioned anything about tax implications when the company was created, I feel the 'experts' I paid for this services let me down.any recommendations, or options to minimize the amount of money owed?

Those online services that say they can get you title insurance without a quiet title order charge you several thousand dollars and then tell you to occupy and use the property for four years, and then get back in touch with them.  

A lot of PMS have automations for this but if you are only doing it for one unit, Docusign or any other similar service should work fine. 

I would push the insurance company on this…you really aren’t the lawyers client the insurance company is.

Our contract actually states this, so no surprises to our clients.
