I only have experience with Forefront as a CRM and smrtphone to dial but I am looking for something more proactive and quicker to do calls when following up with leads.

My wife has family that lives up here and we visit yearly and I continue noticing a lot of multi family homes in the area.

I have been looking to up my marketing and extend my reach.

Plus the building itself must show receivables as a business or in rents to underwrite the NOI of the business, Rent rolls, and occupancy ratio if rentedHave you thought about starting small and simply buying some single family homes or 2-4 units and transition into commercial? 

Most property managers will procure a tenant for you for a fee and you do not have to sign up for them to manage the property.

The company helps with the rest of the stuff like rent collection, late payment follow up, advertising vacant units, showings, tenant screening, leasing, renewals, reports, and evictions (which is a corner case).

I am simply not seeing why any of those would be considered smart design decisions.
