Depending on use, you could even get away with an oil filled radiator heater that runs on 120 volts versus installing a 220 circuit.The way I did it was to utilize my central gas boiler.

I am sure its not as bad as when Kwamie was running the city  LOLAlso like I said when you take homes trading for less than a used Tesla and you have thousands of middlemen/women   IE wholesalers running around and many with little to no actual real estate knowledge and a fair amount of them with Nefarious intent this is what you get.we live in a bubble  out here especially in conservative rural Central and Eastern Oregon and Washington..

That jump in supply along with current conditions make it a tough sell for me.I agree with another commenter about house-hacking opportunities with more upside in nearby pockets, ie USC, Pico Union, even Historic South Central
