I am currently doing my pre-licensing through MichiganEducation.org - I chose the course that was a powerpoint with commentary.. it's so easy to follow/back up and re-listen to things without having to read and read and read.I can't tell you how helpful the practice tests are in preparation for the exam since I haven't taken it yet but there are a lot of them which helps :)Have fun!

Seems frivolous and my attorney agrees so I'm not all that worried about it.Basically a homeowner that had(chose) to replace a heating system not long after she bought the place.Looks like they are just throwing stuff against the wall to see if it will stick, but of course if they actually file suit you never know what could happen.Anyway not looking for opinions on my "case" as much as would like to hear people's stories about the time someone threatened to sue them.Seems like a fun topic to let people vent about!
