If the P&i reflects reality, I suspect this property will lose more than the $86 projected by the 50% rule assuming it self managed and hiring out the maintenance and cap ex items.

Madison was the other big impetus -- he believed that government would corrupt religion.But, this nation wasn't created under a single religion, and while the religious right would be quick to say that our laws were based on moral values defined in the Bible, I'm pretty sure that every other religious group would agree that their religious morals are captured pretty neatly in our legal system as well (I don't know of too many religions that would advocate killing or stealing).I think it's safe to say that most historians would agree that our founding fathers had no intent to define this country as a "Christian nation."

you should check to make sure that any information older than 3 years that is unfavorable is deleted from your credit report (except certain items like bankruptcies)Applying too frequently for credit can also hurt your score
