I have dealt with the no money no experience wholesalers throwing what ever will stick up on the wall... burning Sellers and walking away because they can't close.So I look at it like all things real estate....

Assuming 6 fixtures in a 2br/1ba apt, $216 more to be sure bulbs/globes/etc don't go missing, fixture doesn't get melted from tenant putting a huge bulb in, not having to take complaints that the bulbs keep burning out, and overall piece of mind.
