All negotiations were done over the phone.

I got only his passport, his phone and email and not sure the address on Yelp is real one or fake. 

I felt like I always had to check my phone for notifications to chase another 5 star review.

Then if you have more time, access to internet, and a good phone line (none of which were guaranteed on either of my ships), you can start doing flips or BRRRs.
