They tell you what the ‘primary use’ is, for example “Low Density Residential,” and they tell you what all of the acceptable secondary uses, “Medium Density Residential,” “Light Industrial,” and so on.

The govt is basically giving a green light for folks not to pay rent.

I want to shine a light on some of the positive (NOT to take anything away from the negative).
