Wake Forest and Cary would to two that have similar amenities and general feel but have both grown very pricey.Knightdale and Garner will give you a better value on what you purchase and still have very nice shopping and new infrastructure that has gone in as those towns boom

I am suggesting down the I 5 corridor and a little out of the metro area.Have fun... you will like KC .. and Alaska has a direct flight there on a smaller RJ 900 but it had first class so I could fly on it... 3.5 hours boom your there...

Its a list of things and very complex.The Facts:I have a mixed use 2 unit commercial property, i bought it in 2007 during the boom for 500k2nd floor is a 4 bedroom residential 1st floor commercial storefront space with full basement with 3 car connected garage on 1st floor ground levelTotal of 5700 square feet I owe 399k and the value is about 800k.
