So we bought a house in a city auction, it has a person living inside, after traying to make a deal without luck, we do an eviction, win in firts instance with the city court, now the person have done delay tactics like calling sick, saying she will do a redemption and later just dissapering and right now asking for an appeal in short its like 10 months so far living there for free....Can we do something to try to pressure or something?

You can look at your amo schedule right now and see how much interest you will pay if you stick to that schedule, but if you win the lottery and pay off the balance tomorrow, you won't pay that interest.

@Santino LauricellaMaybe someone else can offer advice, but I would think that so long as the other tenant covers your mortgage payment (and maybe even some utilities), it would be a win for you as you'll be able to save money for another property while having your tenant build equity in the house-hacked property.Disclaimer, I've never house-hacked.
