Especially seeing as someone I kinda know and trust like @Nathan Gesner is mentioning it.I have given out free days to people who had to cancel due to major health issues.

keep in mind just like with a doctor’s office or lawyer he is covering a lot of additional people for his fee… a secretary, other accountants on staff, his overhead, his car payment, his health insurance, his kids college fund, his vacation, his retirement, etc (Lol!)  

Lead from paint, paint chips, and dust can pose health hazards if not managed properly.

Think of the inspection as a 'health check' on the home to see what's the condition and life expectancy of all items so to echo @Austin Parker's comment, it's definitely not a Pass/Fail.

Then once you get there make sure you can afford your life style and health benefits.

As a result, your health will drop and that can have major consequences, not only to your personal life, but also to your real estate business.

When it's a mom and pop tenant you want to keep a pulse on how they are doing personally and also the health and performance of their business.
