I apologize for the confusion between A & B - it was a late night.It's very clear we need to deal with the current owner and not the tenant - I guess the part we want to do is not go behind the tenant's back, who essentially brought us the deal in the first place, but clearly they may want too much and I'm sure they are looking for a way out.I feel like there is a way to make this work, but if we're trying to jam circles into squares, we can ditch.
