After she graduated, a year and a half ago,  Then things started really going down hill..trash, oil in driveway, old cars, etc. then boyfriend moved in so now 4 tenants, more old cars, cheap rent, old camper, chickens & dogs.

Has anyone got any cost information on the Windsor hills resort for the 2018 season in regards to performa yearly statements ?

So like I said in my original post I took a dive during the pandemic and closed on a duplex situated on a hill in Highland Park, CA.

@Isaura Orellana   Are there some good opportunities in places outside the city like Novi,Farmington Hills,Plymouth,Walled lake etc?

It feeds off the Durham/Chapel Hill market and is slowing growing.

It’s walking distance to many things including a metro (Stadium Armory) and Capital Hill.1. 

So many additions to list: solar, large driveway, large drive-through garage (opens in front and back), RV parking, boat parking, a sand volleyball court, decks, and a large jacuzzi overlooking the hills.

There are so many little hills, ups & downs and inclines I come from South FL its all flat more than a freeway ramp lol.
