Hey Amy Davidson - Do you have an update for us?

Part of me thinks he didn't know who I was (my project manager deals with the contractors most of the time) and thought I was a regular retail customer.

Update: this is the strangest thing!

I am not sure it is the right thing but it it what it is..In general for screening I take a different approach then regular tenants for students who in our town is who these ordinances are targeted at.

I am trying to find a good skip tracing site, all of them don't seem to be updated in the past 6 months however.

I updated both units - paint, got rid of carpet, updated light fixtures, etc. etc.

I've done drug court, community service and take regular drug tests.

*I will be doing some repairs (good will, some are "unnecessary" but I like to get things in order to keep a good tenant HAPPY, and to dissolve their concerns about a scary new owner)... so, after the repairs are completed, should I do another walk-through with them in order to have an updated move-in sheet?

And to obtain assistance from the church again in another month one must go back again to apply-thereby facing the facts of their dependent situation once again--then monthly.Ugh-regularly reviewing their own situation and reflecting in the mirror?

It is also not new that the Pentagon plans regularly change.
